What is staging?
Staging is a term used by realtors during the pre-sell of a house. Staging is preparing the appearance of a home to make it desirable to a larger audience of buyers.
What does it involve?
Staging is sometimes simply de-cluttering or simplifying the appearance of your house. It's what we like to call 'pre-packing'. Sometimes it might require a little redesign, moving furniture, home repairs, painting or flooring updates. You want your buyer to feel like the house has been maintained and they will not have to do work on the house.
Does it work?
